WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES STPL ACCEPT?
We accept Credit/Debit (Visa, Mastercard, and Amex), PayPal, Shop Pay and Apple Pay (so pretty much every kind of online payment).
IS BUYING ONLINE SAFE?
Yes. We use SSL technology. to encrypt and protect the data you send to us over the internet.
When SSL is enabled you will see a padlock at the top of your browser, which you can click on to find out further information about the SSL digital certificate registration.
Also, the location (URL) field at the top of your browser will read “https” instead of the normal “http”, when you are in secure mode.

We’ve included tracking info in your shipping confirmation email, but if something went amiss then send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
and we’ll help locate your parcel.
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, you can check out as a guest if you prefer. We cannot guarantee that you wont miss out on some awesome offers and newsletters though.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE GOODS?
We want you to love your STPL, but we’ll make it as easy as possible to return or exchange if you don’t. All you have to do is download the returns label from the Royal Mail portal, fill out the exchange/return card, include it in the gold foil bag along with the t-shirt, put the label on the bag, and pop it in the mail. Once it arrives, we’ll process your refund and that’s that. Want more info on returns? There’s a page for that.
HOW DO I RETURN A GIFT?

. We’ll take care of the rest.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?
It takes about two working days for your return to reach us, and we’ll take a hot minute (read: a few business days) to inspect your item and make sure you’ve sent it back unworn, undamaged, and with the hangtag attached. Add a few more days for the money to show up in your account, and you’re looking at 5-10 business days.
HOW DO REFUNDS WORK?
Sometimes things just aren’t meant to be. If you’re not totally sold on your STPL then simply send it back to us (for free) and we’ll give you a refund as long as: The hangtag has not been taken off The item has not been worn The item has not been damaged. Unfortunately we can’t offer refunds on items that have been worn or damaged. That would be bad form.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT?
We’ll do something about it. Send us a photo or let us know via firstname.lastname@example.org
as soon as you receive it, and we’ll refund your purchase or send you a new STPL.
